Everything Fun to Do in Denver This Weekend

From Denver Restaurant Week to an early St. Patrick's Day parade, these are your must-hit weekend plans.

Denver will be seeing green this weekend, what with the wind up to St. Patrick’s Day with the big parade Saturday morning and the bigger parties that follow. If all that shamrocking leaves you hungry, it just so happens to be Denver Restaurant Week, plus we’ve got a Pi(e) Day drag brunch as well as a new beer brunch. For the fashion-forward, there’s a sustainable runway show and immersive art experience, and for the sports-forward, just about every Denver team is playing at Ball Arena this weekend. Here’s what to do and where to go Friday through Sunday—and what's fun to do in Denver anytime.

Support Ukraine

Ongoing
Virtual
Like much of the world, our hearts and minds are with Ukraine right now. If you’re interested in helping the people of Ukraine, donations are one of the fastest and most direct ways to provide support. You can donate medical supplies through United Help Ukraine and Fundraiser for Sunflower for Peace, help children affected by war by donating to Voices of Children and Save the Childrensupport journalists in Ukraine, support BIPOC and LGBTQ refugees fleeing Ukraine, and donate to GlobalGiving’s Ukraine Crisis Relief Fund or the Ukrainian Red Cross. You can also call, message, and email your Members of Congress to support continued economic sanctions against Russia.

Do St. Patrick’s Day early at this block party and pub crawl

Saturday, March 12, 1 pm - close
LoDo
Billed as the biggest St. Patrick’s Day party in Denver, this block party and pub crawl gets started at the Ginn Mill before stumbling through more than a dozen bars and restaurants for welcome shots and drink discounts. (And food specials, because something’s gotta soak up all that green beer.) Make like a leprechaun and drink responsibly, because you know those leprechauns are known for their responsibility.

Celebrate Pi(e) Day with a drag queen brunch
