Everything Fun to Do in Denver This Weekend

Happy Passover and Easter, Denver—these are all your weekend plans from the Art of Banksy exhibit to an adult Easter egg hunt.

It’s all about the fun in Denver this weekend, kids. From an adult Easter egg hunt to a pizza-themed skate party to a brand-new gaming experience, you’ll be playing hard. Frolic your way around town at a brewery’s funnel cake-filled circus party, a fashion-forward champagne bar, a very cool Banksy exhibit, and a rodeo extravaganza. Because nothing says weekend fun like mutton bustin’ and bronc riding. Here’s everything you need to do this Easter & Passover weekend—and all spring long.

Support Ukraine

Ongoing
Virtual
Like much of the world, our hearts and minds are with Ukraine right now. If you’re interested in helping the people of Ukraine, donations are one of the fastest and most direct ways to provide support. You can donate medical supplies through United Help Ukraine and Fundraiser for Sunflower for Peace, help children affected by war by donating to Voices of Children and Save the Childrensupport journalists in Ukraine, support BIPOC and LGBTQ refugees fleeing Ukraine, and donate to GlobalGiving’s Ukraine Crisis Relief Fund or the Ukrainian Red Cross. You can also call, message, and email your Members of Congress to support continued economic sanctions against Russia.

Marvel at The Art of Banksy

Friday - Sunday, 9 am - 10 pm
Golden Triangle
We may not know who Banksy is, but we can know his art when The Art of Banksy opens this weekend at the Denver Sports Castle. The exhibition, which runs through June 12, features more than 100 of the street artist’s works, including variations of “Girl with Balloon,” the graffiti stencil that was famously shredded at a 2018 auction.
Cost: From $39.99

Sip bubbles at this new champagne bar

Friday - Sunday
Central Park
We have fantastic cocktail, beer, and wine bars, so it’s about time we got a bubbles-focused bar. Oh, and make it fashion! The Factory Fashion champagne bar on the upper level of Stanley Marketplace is a school for the arts by day and a bubbles lounge by night. With a rotating list of all-natural champagnes and loads of fashion-focused pop-ups, this will be the new haunt for area glamazons.
Cost: Free entry

Go on an Adult Easter Egg Hunt

Saturday, 7 - 10 pm
RiNo
Looks like the Easter Bunny is doing a little pre-partying ahead of his big day. The Bunny is hiding eggs for the grown-ups at Zeppelin Station, and they’ll be filled with big kid surprises like free drink tokens. Hop to it.
Cost: Free entry

Show off your pizza roll at this skate party

Friday, 7 pm - 2 am
RiNo
It’s possible that Tracks is running out of themes for their popular roller skate nights. Case in point: This weekend’s theme is pizza. But whatever; pizza is great and deserves its own theme night. If you for some reason own pizza gear, dig it out and get skating.
Cost: From $10

LUKI Brewery

Celebrate world circus day at LUKI

Saturday, 12 - 9 pm
Arvada
On the off chance that you don’t already have plans for World Circus Day on Saturday, consider LUKI Brewery’s bash. The circus-themed Arvada brewery will celebrate appropriately with funnel cakes, human and pet tricks, live music, and free caricatures.
Cost: Free entry

Giddy up to Rodeo All-Star Weekend

Friday - Saturday
National Western Complex
All the mutton bustin’, bronc riding, barrel racing, and steer wrestling is coming to Denver this weekend, to the Rodeo All-Star Weekend at the National Western Complex. Don your best spurs and belt buckles and cheer on the crème de la crème of cowgirls and boys.

Shop this local spring market

Saturday - Sunday, 12 - 6 pm
Dairy Block
Need a little extra motivation to ditch Amazon and shop locally? How about live music and strong cocktails? The Local Makers Spring Market sets up shop at the Dairy Block Alley, featuring a Colorado line-up of vendors selling their cool wares alongside pop-up bars and bands.
