Everything Fun to Do in Denver This Weekend
From the Vampire Ball to the Art of Banksy, these are your must-hit weekend plans.

The Little Mermaid Cocktail Experience
If your weekend plans don’t include a vampire ball, all-you-can-eat lox, and a Pueblo-themed bar, what are you even doing with your life? There’s a lot of weird and wonderful happening in Denver this weekend, including drinking at a Little Mermaid themed cocktail bar, a Sakura Festival pop-up, and the aforementioned Pueblo bar. There’s also brunch, baseball, and Banksy. Go get ‘em, tigers.
Sunday, 8 pm-2 am
Golden Triangle
Missing Halloween? Bring a little vampire into your life this spring with The Church’s Arcane Vampire Ball. Dressing up is strongly encouraged, so dust off your best goth, Victorian, or fetish wear and make Dracula proud.
Cost: From $30
Drink Under the Sea at The Little Mermaid Cocktail Experience
Friday-Saturday, 12-11:30 pm, Sunday, 12-9:30 pm
Denver Pavilions
Themed pop-up cocktail bars have become quite the thing, with LEGOs and Harry Potter entering the adult drinking space recently. The latest to come to Denver is The Little Mermaid Cocktail Experience, because apparently someone thought it was a moneymaking idea to combine sea creatures and vodka. Go prove them right.
Cost: From $59
Be the first to drink at this Pueblo-themed bar
Friday-Sunday
LoDo
Get a taste of Pueblo, Colorado at Fuel & Iron Bar, the Pueblo-themed bar (yes, seriously) moving into the former Brass Tacks space. Besides the beers by Copper Kettle Brewing Company, you definitely need to order a Slopper, the Pueblo-famous open-faced burger drenched in green chile.
Cost: Free entry
Feast at this Israeli brunch buffet
Saturday-Sunday, 11:30 am-2:30 pm
RiNo
One of our favorite brunches is back! Safta brings back its weekend brunch buffet starting Saturday, which means you can eat your weight in hummus, lox, and Rosenberg’s bagels. And of course what’s breakfast without a little hair of the dog? Wash it all down with a Bloody, mimosa, or specialty cocktail.
Cost: From $45

Take yourself out to the ball game
Friday, 6:40 pm, Saturday, 6:10 pm, Sunday, 1:10 pm
Ballpark
The Rockies host the Cincinnati Reds all weekend, and who knows, maybe it’ll be their year. Lend your support while downing hot dogs, beer, and Elvis shakes, because yes, Coors Field is now slinging soft serve ice cream mixed with peanut butter, Cracker Jacks, and candied bacon.
Cost: From $13
Friday-Sunday, 9 am-10 pm
Golden Triangle
We may not know who Banksy is, but we can know his art through The Art of Banksy at the Denver Sports Castle. The exhibition, which runs through June 12, features more than 100 of the street artist’s works, including variations of “Girl with Balloon,” the graffiti stencil that was famously shredded at a 2018 auction.
Cost: From $39.99
Shop the Cider Sundays Brunch Market
Sunday, 12-5 pm
RiNo
Celebrate May Day with cider and shopping, as the Made By Us market joins forces with Stem Ciders for Cider Sundays Brunch Market. There will be food, 20+ local vendors, a live DJ, ciders aplenty, and, hopefully, you.

Don’t miss this magical Death & Co. pop-up bar
Friday-Saturday, 4 pm-close
RiNo
This is the last weekend to experience the magic of Japan’s Sakura Festival at The Ramble Hotel’s Suite 6A, where more than 400 cherry blossoms fill the space. The Death & Co. cocktail wizards are mixing up one final round of Highballs with House of Suntory whisky in the pop-up bar.
