The Best Local Irish Pubs

In honor of the upcoming St. Patricks day, I've compiled a list of some of the best local Irish Pubs in town! From Wheat Ridge to Wash Park, these Irish bars are good bets for nostalgic fish and chips, shepherd's pie, or corned beef, as well as stouts, whiskeys, and ciders. Many of them play with the classics and incorporate Irish twists into egg rolls, sliders, and even nachos. Either way, these pubs can become the perfect pub crawl for St. Patrick's Day or any weekend.

1. Darcy's Irish Pub

Darcy's will be featuring a special St. Patrick's day menu (everything made in house and delicious)! Along with Bagpipers, Karaoke AND a live DJ!  They open at 10 am and will close at 2 am.

2. Scruffy Murphy's

Scurffy Murphy's will be hosting bands all day! They will also have a Beer Tent, Bagpipers and Irish Dancers! Open 7am-2am Saturday and 9am - 2 am Sunday!

3. Irish Snug

The Irish Snug will be hosting live music, festival style! They will be serving up your favorite Corned Beef and Cabbage! $5 Cover, open 10am-2am Saturday & Sunday!

4. Irish Rover

The Irish Rover will be hosting live music, and serving up Corned Beef and Cabbage along with Great Pints! They will also have Irish Dancers and Bagpipers. Open 10am Saturday and Sunday. NO COVER!

5. Clancy's Irish Pub

Clancy's has some of the best Irish food in town! They will, of course, be serving Corned Beef and Cabbage and will host over 23 bands over the weekend! They service 5 bars inside and a covered tent outside. Open 10am-2am Saturday and 7am-2am Sunday.

6. Dougherty's Restaurant & Pub

Dougherty's will be open 10am-2am Saturday and Sunday. They will have Bagpipers, Irish Dancers and a special St. Patrick's day menu.

7. The Abbey Tavern

The Abbey Tavern will be having a parking lot party! There will be a craft area and face painters for the kids. Serving Corned Beef and Cabbage along with your Irish favorites! There will be Irish Dancers and NO COVER! Open 10am-2am Saturday & Sunday.

8. The Celtic on Market

The Celtic will be open both Saturday and Sunday at 8am for music, food, beer, off track betting and more. They will have Irish Dancers and Bagpipers. Sunday will be there 2 year anniversay (extra celebration)!
