From the Flatirons Food Film Festival where you can watch movies about food while eating paired meals to a five-course feast in a private, heated igloo, this weekend’s got plenty of opportunities to indulge your culinary side. The X Games are also happening in Aspen, and while you can’t watch in person this weekend, you can catch the action virtually, or opt for some live music streaming during UllrGrass. The eighth annual Flatirons Food Film Festival is going virtual with new films and events each day. You can choose to watch the films live as they premiere, or catch the recordings anytime during the week. Events also include optional paired dinners, including one available this weekend from The Post Brewing Co.’s Boulder & Rosedale locations who are cooking up an 1800s-style smoked wild boar hash take home meal to pair with the film First Cow.

Cost: Full access festival passes are $90; 2, 4, and 8-packs are also available; food pairing events are extra

While there won’t be any spectators allowed in person at this year’s X Games, the extreme spots will go on, along with some virtual entertainment. You can still watch the competitions on broadcast TV along with many events being streamed on Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter. Plus you can enter the virtual X Fest Sweepstakes for access to games, prizes, music, and more.

Tune into the virtual return of DAM’s Final Friday Untitled series

The Denver Art Museum is bringing back it’s Final Friday Untitled series with a new at home twist starting this weekend. Head to DAM’s Facebook or YouTube channel to see Creative Fusions at Home featuring local artists Kenya Fashaw and Adri Norris as they’re joined by a line up creatives to talk about aligning the mind and body through the lens of the Black experience in an event inspired by the Senga Nengudi: Topologies exhibition.

Jax Fish House’s Glendale, LoDo, and Boulder locations are teaming up with Pinot Posse for a wine lovers’ dream dinner, virtual-style. Order your three course seafood feast meal kit for pickup at the location of your choice, then settle in Saturday night for a webcast with winemakers from Oregon’s Willamette Valley and California’s Russian River Valley.

Treat yourself to a Sunday night seafood feast. Lola’s putting together paella kits that you can cook up at home. Kits include saffron saffron bomba rice, mussels, shrimp, chicken, Alaskan crab, and Spanish chorizo. You can also opt for add-ons like family-style salad, garlic bread, ceviche, andl wine pairings. If you want to skip the dishes, Lola will also be offering a few paella specials for dine-in guests—reservations recommended.

There’s a new socially distant way to experience dining at Union Station. Every Thursday - Sunday, you can book one of the outdoor private heated igloos where each guest will enjoy a five course prix fixe meal from the Cooper Lounge. The meal also includes three cocktails or wine selections.

Cost: The meal is $75 per person, with a $50 Igloo Reservation Fee
